No - exposure to high levels of heat can potentially weaken or damage your bamboo products. We recommend heating foods in a separate dish first, then dispensing into your plate or bowl.

Our suction cups are designed to stick to clean, smooth, non-textured or porous surfaces. Any dust and dirt reduces the amount of friction available - likewise any materials such as fabric placemats or wooden tabletops don't provide enough of it - therefore, your suction cup won't be able to create the vacuum seal needed for it to stick.

To best prolong the life of your bamboo plates or bowls, we recommend washing by hand in hot soapy water, then rinsing clean (don't leave them to soak).

Once a month, wipe with coconut oil or beeswax to keep the natural materials supple and strong.

We make every effort possible to ensure the products you receive match those you see on our website. However, the use of natural materials like bamboo means that there can sometimes be variations in colour, texture and grain. No. Melamine is a resin, sometimes used as a binding agent in bamboo products, which has the potential to transfer chemicals into food when exposed to high temperatures (such as in a microwave, for example). Our products do not contain melamine, thereby making them far safer for you and your Tiny Diners to enjoy.

No - this is because, as soon as we receive your order, we get to work on it right away to make sure that your new items are with you as soon as possible.

We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you may contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation.

Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this.

You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.

To protect our customers from potential fraudulent orders you’re unable to change the address on your order once it has been placed, so please ensure all of your address details are correct when placing your order.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working for up to date tracking of your order right up to delivery.
